Founder & Expertise
Founded by Aysia Johnson, M.S., BCBA, LBA, Equity Behavior Solutions combines experience in education and behavior analysis to support schools in implementing effective behavioral systems. With a background as both a classroom educator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Aysia has supported students, teachers, and school teams across diverse educational settings. Her approach focuses on practical, evidence-based solutions that strengthen staff confidence, improve student outcomes, and create sustainable systems for long-term success.
